Fundle.ai Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fundle.ai operates as a loyalty and rewards platform and does not sell physical goods. However, in case of billing errors or credit-related issues:

  • Loyalty point corrections can be made within 7 working days of reporting.
  • If you redeem a reward and do not receive it, raise a request within 48 hours.
  • Refunds for purchases made on third-party partner sites are subject to their respective policies.
